Average Daily Volume: 15-16 patients
Case Mix: Hematology/Oncology consults, follow-ups, treatment oversight

FACILITY INFORMATION

EMR: Epic
Support Staff: 5 RNs, 1 PA

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: BC
Licenses: Licensed in WI or Universal License (IMLC)
Certification: BLS

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform outpatient consultations for new hematology/oncology referrals.
Manage follow-up visits for established patients.
Oversee chemotherapy and other infusion treatments.
Collaborate with tertiary care providers for inpatient referrals.
Maintain accurate medical records using Epic EMR.
