PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active NC license, Universal License (IMLC)
Board: Hematology Oncology (BC/BE)
DEA: Yes
Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide ongoing outpatient care for hematology and oncology patients.

Manage chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other treatment regimens.

Conduct new patient consultations and follow-ups.

Collaborate with APPs, pharmacist, and nursing staff.

Participate in shared call schedule including 24-hour and night call as needed.
