Job Description - Hematology/Oncology - Michigan

Provider Profession Needed:	MD

Start Date:	ASAC
End Date:	4 months
Length of Assignment:	4 months
Credentialing Timeframe:	Typically, 30 days but applications are prioritized according to start date
Work Schedule:	Looking for ongoing coverage 2 weeks per month. We are able to be flexible with which two weeks the provider can work, as long as they are back-to-back. Clinic: Monday – Friday 8a.m. – 4:30 p.m. After Hours Call: Monday - Friday, 5 p.m. – 8 a.m. for own established patients
Patient Volume:	Clinic and IP rounding Hospital and ED call
Procedures:	No surgeries or procedures required
EMR:	EPIC/Dragon
License Needed:	Will consider IMLC or active MI license
Certifications Needed:	BC/BE BLS
Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed:
Interview Schedule/Preferences:	1 interview process - phone or video call
Other additional pertinent information:	Case Logs: 24 patients with illness related to the practice of Hematology within 12 months
