What You’ll Do:

• Forge Connections: Build relationships with trade partners, influencers, and consumers who are passionate about tequila.
• Elevate Visibility: Execute unforgettable brand trainings, tastings, and activations that showcase our heritage and innovation.
• Host Incredible Events: Conceptualize and lead tequila-focused experiences that drive trial, awareness, and loyalty.
• Be the Brand’s Voice: Represent the brands in media appearances, trade conferences, and local activations, becoming a trusted expert.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Share consumer and industry insights to adapt and localize brand strategies.
• Collaborate with a Dream Team: Work closely with marketing, PR, and advocacy teams to create impactful, localized campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced: 4+ years in the spirits industry, with bartending and mixology experience required. Strong knowledge of the Agave Spirit category.
• A Showstopper: Exceptional at public speaking and storytelling, with a creative edge for event planning.
• Innovative and Resourceful: Entrepreneurial mindset with a talent for out-of-the-box thinking. Sound financial skills and experience managing a budget.
• Adaptable and Dedicated: Willing to travel (up to 30%) and work unconventional hours (late nights, weekends).
• A Connector: Strong networking skills and ability to build and maintain relationships within accounts, communities and organizations. Skilled at networking and building lasting relationships with key industry players.
• Detail-Oriented: A pro at managing projects, deadlines, and deliverables while aligning with national brand platforms. Familiar with developing PowerPoint presentations.

• Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 plus annual bonus, car allowance, and communication allowance.
