Position: HERS Rater (Certified or Willing to Train)

ARCXIS is hiring HERS Raters to perform HVAC testing based on Title 24 guidelines. We provide top-tier training for the right candidates, so if you're ready to learn, we’re ready to help you grow!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform HERS tests on HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Drive within a 60-mile radius or more to job sites (car allowance and fuel card provided).
• Submit detailed inspection reports via computer or smartphone.
• Ensure all work is completed with precision, integrity, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Climb ladders, work in attics/crawlspaces, and handle equipment up to 50 pounds.

• HERS Certification or willingness to become certified.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in varying conditions (hot, cold, cramped spaces).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Familiarity with computers or smartphones for submitting reports.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in HVAC, plumbing, attic work, insulation, or related fields.
• Ability to study and pass exams related to HVAC testing and Title 24 standards.
