The below is a general description of job duties and responsibilities:
Perform general and specific routine cleaning duties of the crisis stabilization unit. This would include emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, dusting, buffing floors on a routine basis, windows, bathrooms, laundry, ensuring client rooms are sanitized daily, and other cleaning duties as may be needed.
Develop a regular schedule for stripping and waxing of floors for all waxed floor areas.
Order and maintain a sufficient inventory of cleaning supplies
Help with kitchen duties as needed, such as preparing meals, washing dishes, and cleaning up after meal preparation.
Any other assigned duties as may be deemed necessary.
Requirements:
High school/GED
Knowledge of floor/carpet cleaning and maintenance
Knowledge, skill and ability to operate floor cleaning equipment
