We are seeking compassionate and reliable people to assist in staffing a temporary client. This client will require 24 hour care, 12 hour shifts. We will have both days and nights available, so whatever you prefer, we will have! This client will be starting on October 16th and will have services through BrightStar until November 18th. We will be assisting this client as they recover from a procedure, their cares will include basic ADL's and potentially more hands-on cares as well. Our shift times are typically 7a-7p and 7p-7a or 8p-8a and 8a-8p, this is up to client preference and will be updated once we know what they would prefer. If this interests you, apply today!

Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
- Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.
- Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.
Requirements:
- A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
- Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with Auto Insurance.
- Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.
- Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
