About the Role:

Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Brooklyn, NY. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, ensuring our clients feel supported and valued in their homes.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility support.

Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the healthcare team.

Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate records.

Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Communicate effectively with clients and their families to build trust and rapport.

Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.

Requirements:

Valid Home Health Aide certification in New York State.

Prior experience in home health care or a similar role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate, patient, and dedicated demeanor.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable transportation and/or a valid driver's license.

Basic knowledge of medical terminology and care practices.

Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
