About the Role:

Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in Brooklyn, NY, where you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, and we invite you to be part of our supportive team.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Administer medication and monitor clients' health as directed by healthcare professionals.

Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to the care team.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members.

Adhere to all safety and health regulations in accordance with company policies.

Requirements:

Valid Home Health Aide certification in New York State.

Previous experience in home health care or a related field preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client care.

Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.

Basic CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.

Compensation: $19.50 - $22.00 per hour
