About the Role:

Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in Brooklyn, NY, where you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are seeking compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support in a home environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Administer medication and monitor vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals.

Help with meal preparation and ensure clients maintain a nutritious diet.

Assist with mobility and physical exercises to promote independence.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team.

Collaborate with family members and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or equivalent training.

Previous experience in home health care or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.

Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $19.10 - $22.00 per hour
