Senior Helpers is expanding in Massachusetts and now hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) in Milford, North Attleboro, Bellingham, Franklin, Worcester, and surrounding towns. If you’re an experienced HHA or PCA looking for flexible schedules and meaningful work, we want you on our team!

Senior Helpers is proud to be a nationally recognized Great Place to Work and a leader in in-home senior care. We have immediate openings for HHA and PCA shifts: mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, weekdays, and weekends. Full-time and part-time positions available (10–40 hours per week).

Responsibilities for HHAs & PCAs:

  HHAs: Assist with personal care, bathing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.

  
  


• 
  

  PCAs: Provide support with light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and companionship.

  
  


• 
  

  Both HHAs and PCAs help seniors live comfortably and safely at home.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  HHA certificate or PCA experience required.

  
  


• 
  

  Must pass a background check.

  
  


• 
  

  Compassion, reliability, and a caring attitude.
