A Typical Caregiving Visit

• 
  

  Help seniors get ready for their day with bathing, dressing, and grooming

  
  


• 
  

  Provide companionship and conversation

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with mobility and safe transfers

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare meals and help maintain a tidy home

  
  


• 
  

  Offer medication reminders

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with errands and transportation when needed

  
  


• 
  

  Provide compassionate support for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's
  
  

  
  

Who We're Looking For

• 
  

  Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license OR Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license and current auto insurance

  
  


• 
  

  Current CPR certification

  
  


• 
  

  Social Security card

  
  


• 
  

  Health statement completed within the past 6 months

  
  


• 
  

  Required caregiver training: 2-hour Alzheimer's, 1-hour HIV/AIDS, and 2-hour medication assistance

  
  


• 
  

  Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening
