What You’ll Do as a Home Health Aide (HHA):

• 
  

  Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily activities

  
  


• 
  

  Offer companionship and emotional support

  
  


• 
  

  Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

  
  


• 
  

  Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the care team

  
  

Qualifications for Home Health Aide (HHA):

• 
  

  Current Florida Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate 

  
  


• 
  

  Level II background check 

  
  


• 
  

  Current CPR/BLS certification

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and active auto insurance

  
  


• 
  

  Recent negative TB test (within the last 6 months)

  
  


• 
  

  Recent physical exam with “free of communicable disease” statement (within the last year)

  
  


• 
  

  Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
