Evergreen Place, a part of Pine Haven community, began service in 1995. Evergreen Place is a Housing-with-Services establishment that offers both independent and assisted living apartments to those 55 and above. Services are provided by our own Comprehensive Home Care agency.

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) you will be responsible for providing personal care and delegated services designed to maintain the client’s physical and emotional well being.
