HHA Needed In-Home Care $21/hr *Plus Sign On Bonus* Bridgewater

Certified HHA or CNA needed for in-home care for M client in Bridgewater 3 days /wk.  SCHEDULE IS MON, WED, THURS 9am-4pm 21 hrs/week. Assist w/showers, dressing, breakfast, stretches, assist with mobility and bathroom use. Must be engaging, trustworthy and able to communicate well with client and his needs. Family is actively involved in his care. 

Additional hours or shifts may be avail if interested with other clients but not required.  $250 Sign On Bonus after 90 days of employment and with good attendance and work ethic.

  Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Emotional Support: Provide companionship and emotional encouragement, helping clients maintain a positive outlook.
• Mobility Assistance: Aid clients with mobility using Hoyer lifts and Sit-to-Stand devices (experience preferred but not      required).
• Follow Care Plans: Work closely with nurses, therapists, and doctors to provide care as outlined in individual care plans.
• Maintain Environment: Keep the home environment clean, safe, and supportive of each client’s needs.
• Documentation: Accurately record patient care and report any changes in condition to the care team.

Requirements

• Certification: Current HHA certification.
• License: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Experience: Prior experience with Hoyer lifts and Sit-to-Stand devices is beneficial but not required.
• Skills: Compassionate, reliable, patient, and committed to helping others.
