HHA Needed In-Home Care $21/hr *Plus Sign On Bonus* Fitchburg, Ma

Certified HHA needed for In-Home client care located in Fitchburg, Ma

30-40 hours Flexible days/evenings for personal care, errands, companionship and light housekeeping

Assist client with daily activities, dressing and meal prep. Must be certified and experienced

Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Emotional Support: Provide companionship and emotional encouragement, helping clients maintain a positive outlook.
• Mobility Assistance: Aid clients with mobility using Hoyer lifts and Sit-to-Stand devices (experience preferred but not      required).
• Follow Care Plans: Work closely with nurses, therapists, and doctors to provide care as outlined in individual care      plans.
• Maintain Environment: Keep the home environment clean, safe, and supportive of each client’s needs.
• Documentation: Accurately record patient care and report any changes in condition to the care team.

Requirements

• Certification: Current HHA certification.
• License: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Experience: Prior experience with Hoyer lifts and Sit-to-Stand devices is beneficial but not required.
• Skills: Compassionate, reliable, patient, and committed to helping others.
