Empro Staffing is excited to announce multiple Home Health Aide (HHA) openings in Staten Island, where we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team immediately! As a leader in providing supplemental healthcare personnel, we pride ourselves on facilitating exceptional care for clients in their homes, allowing them to retain their independence and dignity.

As an HHA with Empro Staffing, you will be entrusted with delivering crucial personal care and support to clients in Staten Island. Your compassionate nature and commitment to enhancing your clients' quality of life will make a significant difference in their daily routines. We are seeking dedicated individuals who can start right away and help us make a positive impact in our community.

Hourly Rate: $20 to $22

Pay Period: Sunday to Saturday

Pay Schedule: Weekly, Every Thursday via Direct Deposit

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, dressing, and assistance with mobility.
• Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
• Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping tasks.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and caring environment.
• Adhere to care plans and protocols as required to ensure quality care is delivered.
• Maintain documentation of client care and progress according to agency standards.
• Comply with safety and infection control procedures while providing care.

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Home Health Aide training program is preferred.
• HHA certification is a plus
• Previous experience in home healthcare or similar roles is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to client care.
• Ability to work independently and with a flexible schedule.
• Basic knowledge of personal care procedures and safety standards.
