HHA Program Coordinator

Location: 2211 Town Center Dr. SE Washington, DC 20020 (first 1-2 months will be onsite, then role will convert to a hybrid schedule)
The HHA Program coordinator will manage administrative tasks, including assisting with communicating with new hires throughout the onboarding process, organizing documents, as well as managing program-related internal and external communications. This role will also occasionally require some additional weekend work coverage as needed.
Responsibilities:
Work independently as well as part of a team to perform program activities as directed by the Program Manager
Manage administrative tasks; such as data entry, outreach to HHA new hires throughout the onboarding process, assist with uploading documents, etc.
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment
Oversee daily administrative, operational, and logistical activities
Requirements:
4 year Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Program Coordination or HR role, preferably in a healthcare setting
Able to work collaboratively and effectively while handling multiple projects on various timelines in an extremely fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to work well independently as well as within a team
Analytical thinking skills and a strong and dedicated work ethic are required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong attentional to detail
