About the Role:

Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in Brooklyn, NY! We are dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to our clients, and we need passionate individuals to help us make a difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility support.

Administer medication and monitor client health as directed by healthcare professionals.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Document and report changes in clients' conditions to the nursing staff.

Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; HHA or PCA certification preferred.

Previous experience in home health care or a related field is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.

Ability to perform physical tasks and assist clients with mobility.

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.

Must pass background checks and drug screening.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $19.10 - $22.00 per hour
