Hi Tech Luxury - Receptionist / Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Receptionist for our Hi Tech Luxury Dealership in Austin, TX.

Job Summary:

The Receptionist greets customers and guests at the front reception desk to the dealership.  The Receptionist helps direct customer as needed and answers reception desk callers to the dealership, determines the nature of their business and directs callers to their destination. The Receptionist answers basic inquiries, routes incoming calls, takes messages and provides basic information to all callers and walk in guests.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greets and directs customers and guests to the dealership.


• Provide courteous, prompt and accurate telephone answering service for all dealership personnel.


• Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously over a multi-line phone system.


• Welcome customers to the dealership and provide assistance to them providing information, recording messages or forwarding calls.


• Greet internal and external customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.


• Provide high quality assistance to office personnel to ensure a smooth running and productive office environment.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills including active listening.


• Professional appearance


• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
