Job Title: Family Dollar Dedicated CDL-A Truck Driver - $1000 SOB Bonus
Industry-Leading Pay Package – Home Weekly!

Key Requirements:

• CDL-A License
• Minimum 3 months driving experience
• Clean MVR & SAP
• Able to pass hair follicle test

What You’ll Earn:

• Base Pay: $1,723 average per week (up to $126,000 annually)
• Top 10% Earn: $2,799 weekly
• Unload Pay: $250 per trailer
• Weekly Incentive: $125 for 3 unloads
• SOB Bonus: $500 first load, $500 at 30 days (must be active and seated)

Additional Perks:

• Home Weekly – 34-hour reset at home

• Paid Vacation – 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 7 years
• Training: Paid $150/day for shadow runs (up to 5 days)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual Unload – unload trailers at Family Dollar stores
• Weekly Routes – VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, and WV (within 700 miles)
• Freight Handling – 1-6 store deliveries per trip
• Nights, Weekends, and Holidays – expected during your workweek
