Position Description:

High Fidelity Wraparound is an evidence-based practice designed to provide comprehensive, intensive, and flexible support to youth and families with significant challenges. This position leads a team of High-Fidelity Wraparound facilitators that work to engage youth and families that need support towards specific goals and stability. The supervisor coaches’ staff on adhering to the evidence-based model and structure to ensure positive outcomes and fidelity for Boulder County families. A solid understanding of the services available in the community is critical and how to help families and staff access them, as well as identifying new or needed services.

· Provide support and supervision to your team.

· Assess, engage, and coordinate the needs of the families you serve. 

· Stay up-to-date and involved with all the services and supports the community has available

Salary: 

Starting - $61,660

Bilingual - $66, 660

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy or related field

Licensure registered with DORA
