High NA EUV Albany Site Director

Lead and nurture a group of engineers and technicians supporting High NA EUV activities Coordinate tool time, wafer/reticle/material inventory, and shipping logistics for High NA EUV operations Define and guide patterning pathfinding projects and align with process integration teams B.S. in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related field with 15+ years semiconductor process experience, or M.S./Ph.D. with 10+ years experience 5+ years people‑leadership experience with at least 5 direct reports Strong understanding of EUV lithography and 193nm immersion multiple‑patterning processes (LELE, SAQP) Experience with photolithography optics or simulation tools such as Prolith or S‑Litho Proficiency in statistical data analysis using JMP or Python Experience defining technical roadmaps and partnering with vendors Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level summaries Experience collaborating across global development sites and with suppliers Background in leading demo or development activities for lithography tools or related process modules
