You will collaborate closely with Technology Development and Equipment Development teams in Boise and Hiroshima, as well as suppliers and consortium partners, while safeguarding Micron\u2019s intellectual property. The work is highly visible, technically deep, and crucial to future device scaling.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nOwn High NA EUV scanner performance including availability, reliability, efficiency, and matching\n\nLead equipment lifecycle activities such as installation, PM strategy, upgrades, fixing issues, and documentation\n\nDrive monitoring and improvement of imaging stability, overlay, focus, defectivity, and source performance\n\nPartner with vendors, NYCreates, facilities, and PAC teams on equipment, safety, and infrastructure requirements\n\nAct as technical authority for advanced numerical aperture EUV, offering mentorship, training, and recommendations to engineers and leadership\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\nBachelor\u2019s degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent practical experience\n\n5+ years of experience supporting sophisticated semiconductor manufacturing equipment\n\nHands-on experience with lithography equipment, performance monitoring, and excursion management\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead complex technical investigations\n\nExperience collaborating multi-functionally with vendors, facilities, and process teams\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nMaster\u2019s degree or PhD in engineering or a related field\n\nDirect experience with EUV or High NA EUV scanners and related subsystems\n\nExperience in technology development or R\u0026D fab environments\n\nDemonstrated technical leadership and mentoring of engineers or technicians\n\nExperience working in consortium or multi-company environments\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nEquipment Engineer 4\n\nRelocation Level: TBD\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
