High Salary Account Manager - Service

We design, construct, and maintain some of the worlds leading data center facilities.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Account Manager to join our Service team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or Data Center industryEssential Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.1. Generates new product leads and business opportunities that will translate into company revenue2. Communicates and follows up with clients about specific projects, their goals, and deliverables3. Prepares written estimates for clients based on labor, materials, equipment, subcontracts and other expenses4. Negotiates contract agreements5. Networks online, by phone, e-mail and in person with the IT and building facilities personnel within both government and commercial organizations6. Maintains thorough knowledge of mission critical power and cooling industry trends and technologies7. Conceptualizes and execute creative and differentiated strategies, programs, and tools that support clients strategic objectives8. Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications9. Penetrates all targeted accounts and radiates sales from within client base10. Handles inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales11. Makes outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via phone and email to cross-sell ad up-sell12. Maintains and expand the companys database of prospects13. Meets Technicians on location to better explain scope of work as needed14. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients, vendors, and colleagues;

works to establish a positive working relationship15. Drives company/personal vehicle throughout service area while following all local laws16. Operates vehicles and other equipment safely;

adheres to safety protocols;

reports hazards and risks;

behavior contributes toa safe and secure working environment.17. Reviews completed work to insure correct billing.Required Education and Experience:1. Bachelors degree and/or equivalent education and experience; 2. 3-5 years of outside sales experience in either of the following industries: Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or Data CenterPreferred Education and Experience:1.
