High School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

AnthroMed Education is an organization dedicated to partnering with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students in school districts. Location: Near Red Lion, Pennsylvania

Type of Position: Full-Time High School Role

About the role:

  • Collaborate with all key stakeholders regarding functional communication and life skills.
  • Support high school students with a variety of communication impairments including fluency disorders, language delays, Autism, and more.
  • Implement differing service delivery models, including push-in, whole-group, and pull-out therapy.
  • Completes all job duties within required timelines per federal and state law, district policy, and procedures.
  • Determine eligibility of students for speech therapy services and make appropriate dismissal determinations.
  • Provide and make recommendations for classroom accommodations such as visual aids and augmentative communication.
  • Provide speech and language therapy for eligible students.
  • Participates in team meetings for the development of students’ individualized education programs.
  • Completes relevant paperwork within required timelines per federal and state law, district policy, and procedures.
  • Be an active member of the school-based related services team.

Qualifications:

  • School-based and/or pediatric experience working with K-12th grade children.
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid PA SLP license from the Pennsylvania Board of Speech-Language Pathologists.
  • Valid PA Education Specialist Certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Range: $61,520 - $75,490 (based on qualifications and experience).
