This role will specifically support and lead the program Leaders in Training (LIT) at our Smythe Clubhouse. Leaders in Training is a clubhouse-based leadership program focusing on four core pillars: college and career readiness, leadership and character, community and civic engagement and holistic health. Our students receive support with college applications, financial aid forms, and college selection. They develop social emotional skills, including methods to ask for help, access resources, and build support networks. They also contribute to the community and learn how to be engaged civic leaders.
