As part of this growth, we’ve launched a fast-expanding shower remodel division focused on high-quality, design-driven bathroom transformations.

In our first year, the division surpassed $1 million in sales, and our goal for 2026 is $10 million in revenue.

We are a rare company in the industry where every team member—including installers—is a W-2 employee. We do not rely on subcontractors, which allows us to maintain tighter quality control, better training, and a more consistent customer experience. We are also one of the only bathroom remodel companies in the Chicagoland area with a full plumbing license, giving us a major advantage in high-rise condo projects where licensed plumbing is required.

In addition, we offer proprietary products that are unique to the Chicagoland market, creating meaningful differentiation from traditional remodeling companies.

By combining highly trained in-house installation teams, strict quality standards, and exclusive materials, our mission is to deliver a superior remodeling experience to as many homeowners as possible—and become the market leader in our category.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated In-Home Sales Specialist to join our growing shower remodel division. In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners, understand what they want to change about their shower, and walk them through a simple, high-quality solution.

You’ll run in-home consultations, show materials, put together exact quotes, and help customers make a confident decision about their remodel. This is a one-call-close environment with a strong product, a clear process, and a team that handles the install in-house.

We’re growing fast, and this role is for someone who’s comfortable in customers’ homes, can build trust quickly, and wants to be part of a division that’s scaling toward $10M in annual revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations to understand the homeowner’s shower remodel needs and recommend the right solution.

  • Present the company, materials, and design options in a clear, professional way.

  • Prepare accurate, to-the-penny quotes during the consultation.

  • Guide homeowners through the decision-making process and address questions or concerns.

  • Build trust with clients and deliver a positive, professional experience in every home.

  • Take accurate measurements needed for the remodel.

  • Document customer interactions and keep sales records up to date.

  • Stay knowledgeable about our products, process, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in in-home sales or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to listen and respond to client needs.

Preferred (not required)

  • Demonstrated success hitting sales goals, with experience generating $1M+ in annual sales.
