BDC/Internet Assistant – Highline Pre-Owned Car Dealership
Weekend Availability Required | Customer-Focused | Tech-Savvy
We’re looking for an energetic, tech-savvy individual to join our Business Development Center at a highline Pre-Owned car dealership. This role is all about supporting our Product Specialists by helping them follow up with customers, set and confirm appointments, and manage day-to-day lead activity. You’ll be responding to incoming texts, emails, and phone calls—so solid communication skills and a customer-first mindset are essential. You'll also be responsible for distributing incoming leads to the right team members, answering basic sales and inventory questions, and helping customers take the next step toward purchasing a vehicle.
You’ll be working primarily on a computer, so strong digital skills are a must. Experience with CRMs is definitely a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person. We’re also looking for someone comfortable with social media—posting updates, answering messages, and helping drive engagement is part of the job. Previous customer service experience, whether over the phone or in person, will set you up for success. Most importantly, we need someone who can be available on weekends, when our inbound activity is at its highest. If you're organized, quick to learn, and enjoy helping customers, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities
Follows up with sales appointments
Monitor incoming leads and assign them to the Product Specialist.
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-shows
Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with sales teams, and dealership management
Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Qualifications
At least one previous role based on strong customer service experience
Team player attitude
Prompt and courteous
Enthusiastic personality
Must have strong computer skills
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
