High-Volume Title Clerk

Are you a Title Clerk who loves the fast-paced puzzle of dealership paperwork, but hates working in a boring, rigid office? We’re a high-volume dealership looking for an experienced, detail-obsessed Title Clerk to join a team that actually enjoys coming to work every day!

What You’ll Be Doing

• 
  

  Keep the Flow Moving: Process high volumes of local and out-of-state vehicle titling, registration, and lien payoffs without missing a beat.

  
  


• 
  

  Clean Up Records: Reconcile title accounts, resolve title rejections, and track down missing documents from buyers, lenders, or DMV offices.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate Daily: Work closely with our sales, finance, and office teams while keeping communication clear and lighthearted.

  
  


• Deal Detective: Auditing deal jackets to make sure every T is crossed, I is dotted, and state regulation requirement is met. 

What You Bring to the Table

• 
  

  Experience: At least 1–2 years of automotive dealership title clerk experience.

  Speed + Precision: Ability to maintain razor-sharp attention to detail while managing high-volume paperwork.

  Problem-Solving Skills: You know how to navigate DMV red tape and fix paperwork snags with patience and persistence.
