Hilton Horizons Academy is seeking Part-Time Teachers who are passionate about education and dedicated to helping students thrive. Our teachers build strong relationships with students and families while maintaining high standards for academic growth.

About the Role:

Teachers at Hilton Horizons lead small groups of students in a supportive, structured, and engaging environment. They are responsible for guiding academics, supporting executive function skills, and ensuring students feel excited to learn each day.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and one-on-one tutoring in core subjects
• Support students who may struggle with focus, organization, or starting academic tasks
• Foster a positive and structured classroom culture
• Communicate effectively with families and earn their trust through attentiveness and care
• Exercise strong classroom management and maintain high standards of excellence
• Be flexible and responsive to student needs and program growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Teaching certification preferred
• Prior teaching experience strongly preferred
• Organized, prepared, and effective communicator
• Background check required
• Passion for working with students and supporting their academic and personal growth

Schedule & Pay:

• Part-time, flexible hours (based on program needs)
• Pay dependent on experience
