Hinterland Kitchen - Expeditor

Hinterland Brewery in Green Bay, WI is looking for one expeditor to join our team. We 

are located on 1001 Lombardi Ave. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

•  Ensure all food orders have been properly prepared
•  Finalize presentation of food as needed
•  Deliver orders to maintain constant service
•  Ensure that plates move from kitchen to table in a timely manner

Qualifications

•  Proven experience as an expeditor
•  Knowledge of health and safety regulations
•  Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities
•  Knowledge of common practices and procedures in a restaurant environment
