Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. The Assistant General Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality, and providing outstanding service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff management, and inventory control.
• Train, supervise, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service and uphold company standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Monitor and analyze sales and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration among staff members.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the quick-service restaurant industry is required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.
