Hiring Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Hiring Assistant to join Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee. In this role, you will support the recruitment process and maintaining accurate hiring records. You will play a key role in helping us find the best talent to provide compassionate care to our community in Knoxville, TN.

Responsibilities

• Assist with posting job openings.


• Communicate with candidates regarding application status and required documentation.


• Participate in onboarding processes by gathering necessary new hire paperwork.


• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or administrative support is a plus.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.


• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
