Hiring Caregivers Around North Nashville

I am going to do something a little unorthodox. Here is our most unflattering caregiver review from December 2022:

 How would you rate the office support staff and the communication you receive from them?

“I would like to see the office staff have someone available to answer calls when the staff is in meetings.”

Some background, Home Care Pulse reaches out to our caregivers, asks them some questions, and then we as a team go over them to see how we can resolve these concerns. This concern was that each Wednesday during our office meetings we could not be reached, so now we have a specific person in charge of answering the phones during our 2 hour meeting.
