About This Opportunity:

We are seeking experienced and compassionate female caregivers to provide in-home assistance for an elderly couple, both 93 years old. The primary focus of care will be the wife, who has significantly reduced mobility and requires full-time assistance. She uses a wheelchair for ambulation and weighs approximately 108 lbs at 5’0” in height. Responsibilities include support with mobility and transfers, personal hygiene, and daily living activities to ensure her safety, comfort, and well-being within the home environment.

🕒 Job Details:

• Schedule: 
  - 7 days a week, 16 hours/day (Open to 2 caregivers for split shifts)
  - Shift Start: 7:00 AM


• Location: Palm Desert, California, 92260


• Start Date: August 11, 2025


• Pay Rate: $$29.16 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assistance with transfers and lifting
  


• Bathing and dressing
  


• Cooking and meal preparation
  


• Light housekeeping


• Support with mobility (e.g., taking client out in a wheelchair)


• Companionship and general supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must be female caregiver


• Fluent English speaker (English as a first language strongly preferred)


• Prior experience with seniors, particularly with mobility assistance


• Reliable and punctual


• Able to commit to a consistent schedule
