Hiring Companion Caregiver - North County Area

We’re currently hiring Companion Caregivers to support older adults throughout North County. In this role, you’ll provide meaningful, one-on-one, non-medical care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients 
• Assist with light housekeeping and simple meal preparation 
• Support with daily routines like grooming, medication reminders, or mobility assistance 
• Help with errands or provide transportation, if needed 
• Observe and report changes in health, behavior, or environment 

Key Traits:

• Reliable and punctual 

• Friendly, patient, and compassionate 

• Able to work independently and follow care instructions 

• Good communicator and attentive to details 

• Respectful of each client’s privacy, dignity, and lifestyle 

• Must be at least 18 years old 
• Previous caregiving experience preferred (not required) 
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray (per state requirements) 
• Eligible to work in the U.S. 
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration 
• Must have a valid driver’s license and active car insurance.
