Hiring Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Hiring Coordinator to join our In-home care (Senior Care) team. This is a full-time position (M-F 8a-5p) based in Bend, Oregon. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in the day-to-day operations of our organization. 

Compensation & Benefits:
• Hourly wage of $24 an hour, paid every two weeks

Responsibilities:
• Create and manage hiring postings
• File and organize important hiring documents 
• Manage various on boarding duties 
• Schedule and conduct interviews
• Conduct orientations for new staff
• Speaking with various community partners and new client inquiries 
• Engaging in community outreach to find candidates 
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience with Recruiting/hiring (healthcare preferred) 
• Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
