Hiring Coordinator

Almost Family, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Hiring Coordinator to join our team in Bend, OR. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates. You will coordinate interviews, track candidate progress, and support our team in attracting top talent to grow our organization. This is a full time, in-office position. 

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews


• Manage job postings and maintain applicant tracking systems


• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and feedback


• Assist in prescreening applicants and organizing candidate documentation


• Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs


• Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to recruitment activities


• Onboard/ conduct orientation for new hires 

Requirements

• Previous experience in a recruiting role preferred


• Strong organizational and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities


• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite


• Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information


• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Benefits

• $22 to $24/hr depending on experience
