Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking COTA Home Health for multiple 13-week travel / contract positions in NKC, MO. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Pay Rate: Range $1680 to $1760 Weekly Gross pay based on a 40 hour work week (Includes non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Mileage Reimbursement: $0.50/mile for distance covered between patient home appointments

Unit: Home Health

Shifts available: Days

Position Requirements:

•  COTA  experience: 1 - 2 years - Required
  


• Recent/Current Home Health COTA experience: 1 year within the last 3 years – Required
  


• Home Care Home Base (HCHB) charting experience – Highly preferred
  


• COVID Vaccination Proof 
  

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• COTA License for the state applying or Compact  - Required
  


• BLS Certification from AHA or American Red Cross - Required
  

Job Description:

• Provide and coordinate care for assigned Home Health patients under supervision of OT
  


• Provide all aspects of COTA Services to the assigned patient case load 
  


• Document and complete charting 
  


• Territory: NKC and Sorrounding
