We’re Growing – and We Want You to Grow with Us!

Avail (now part of nVent) is excited to announce our two-day, onsite Hiring Event in Pittsburg, Kansas! Walk-ins Welcome! 

This event is your chance to:
  • Interview directly with hiring managers
  • Tour our manufacturing facility
  • Connect with our HR team to learn about the next steps in our hiring process

Dates and Times
10:00 am - 6:30 pm each day
  • Tuesday, August 26, 2025
  • Thursday, August 28, 2025

We’re Hiring For:

Overnight and Weekend Shifts (limited day shift opportunities)
  • Electricians
  • Journeymen
  • Master Electricians
  • Fabricators
  • Welders
  • Painters
Whether you're just starting out or bring years of experience, we want to meet you! Stop by one of our two-day hiring events and explore career opportunities with us — all skill levels welcome!


What to Bring:
  • Resume/CV: Bring multiple copies for interviews
  • Steel-Toed Boots & Safety Glasses: Required for the facility tour (PPE available onsite if you don’t have your own)
  • Pen & Paper: Take notes to help you evaluate the opportunity
