Job Description - Hiring for Nurse Case Manager - Registered Nurse (Nursing) in Mattoon, Illinois

RN Case Manager, must have 5 years as RN, in-hospital experience, with minimum of 3 years case management exp. Will cover all inpatient units, ED holds, and overflow units. Shift is Mon-Fri, 0800-1630, no weekends, major holidays, or call required (guaranteed hours do not apply when unit is closed for holiday). No local candidates, must have verifiable perm address greater than 50 miles from facility. Cover sheet required for submission (click on green download arrow next to job title). start 9/28.
