Six bed MOSU that provides comprehensive nursing care for post-surgical patients, post cardiac catheterizations with post PCI, respiratory failure, sepsis, DKA, AKI, unstable arrhythmias, are examples of types of patients.

• Initiation/titration/management of vasopressors, thrombolytics, antihypertensives, antidiabetics and sedation

• Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
  
  


• Sepsis management
  
  


• Central line management
  
  


• Arterial line management
  
  


• Chest tube management
  
  


• Blood administration
