Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and care plans.
  


• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
  


• Respond quickly and appropriately to patient emergencies.
  


• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  


• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  


• Use technology and electronic systems effectively to support patient care.
  


• Demonstrate strong time management and prioritization skills.

Requirements

• Current Single-State RN or Compact RN license.
  


• Associate Degree/Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
  


• Previous experience providing direct patient care required.
  


• Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills.
  


• Basic computer and technology skills.
  


• Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills.
  


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  


• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and evidence-based nursing skills.
  

Certifications

• BLS – Required
  


• ACLS – Required
  

Additional Information

• Epic experience required.
  


• Must be flexible to work the assigned night schedule.
