We are seeking qualified International Registered Nurses (RNs) with psychiatric/behavioral health experience to provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care. This is a long-term opportunity for nurses interested in building their U.S. healthcare career. International Candidates

Job Type: Long-Term Contract

Duration: 156 Weeks

Shift: Days

Schedule: 3 Days/Week

Hours: 12-Hour Shifts

Specialty: Psychiatric / Behavioral Health

Laboratory Experience: Preferred

Pay Rate

Traveler: $2268 total weekly gross for 40 hours/week — $63/hour

$28/hour W-2 taxable

$35/hour non-taxable

Local: $2268 total weekly gross for 40 hours/week — $63/hour

Responsibilities

Assess patients' physical and mental health needs.

Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.

Administer medications and monitor patient responses.

Monitor behavioral changes and document patient progress.

Provide therapeutic communication and emotional support.

Requirements

Nursing degree from an accredited nursing program.

Psychiatric/Behavioral Health experience – Required.

Laboratory experience – Preferred.
