Medical Technologist (Med Tech) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – 3rd Shift

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support

- Monitor and record residents’ health status, vital signs, and medication administration as directed

- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents

- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Respond promptly to residents’ needs and provide compassionate support

- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all safety and health regulations

- Be flexible and willing to work weekends and additional shifts as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid certification as a CNA or Med Tech license (as applicable)

- Prior experience in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours

- Basic knowledge of healthcare safety standards and procedures
