· We offer generous compensation up to 140% for sales agents

Responsibilities:

· Must be willing to work a minimum of 20+ hours a week (We are only looking work with individuals who want to earn their paychecks EVERY WEEK but how much you earn is up to YOU!)

· Be willing to learn the GFG selling system including phone script, “in home” virtual presentation, product placement etc...

· Team supported environment, communication and engagement is required with GFG's LMS (Learning Management System)

· Must be able to review underwriting guidelines and make product selection based on clients age, health, and desired insurance coverage.

Qualifications:

· Licensed Insurance Agents or TOP sales rep (will train)

· Familiarity with the lead-based system is a plus.

· Coachable, Patient, Ambitious and a Team Player mentality!

· Must have basic computer skills.

· Must have a smart phone and a laptop.
