Hiring Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery in Danville,Illinois

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for labor, delivery, antepartum, and postpartum patients.
  


• Monitor maternal and fetal status, recognize changes, and respond to obstetric emergencies.
  


• Assist with vaginal and Cesarean deliveries and provide immediate postpartum/newborn care.
  


• Administer medications, treatments, and patient education while maintaining accurate documentation.
  


• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
  

Requirements

• Current RN license in the applicable state.
  


• Labor & Delivery experience and strong maternal/fetal assessment skills.
  


• Ability to interpret fetal monitoring and respond to emergencies.
  


• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills.
  

Required Certifications

BLS | ACLS | NRP | Current Fetal Monitoring Competency
