Hiring Registered Nurse (RN) – Long -Term Care / Skilled Nursing in Sioux Falls,South Dakota

Key Responsibilities

• Assess residents and provide individualized nursing care.
  


• Administer medications and treatments.
  


• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
  


• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and process physician orders.
  


• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and care teams.
  


• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and independence.
  


• Assist with resident transfers and mobility using appropriate equipment.
  


• Follow clinical, safety, infection-control, and regulatory standards.
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  


• Current RN license in the applicable state.
  


• BLS certification required.
  


• Strong communication, observation, and clinical skills.
  


• EMR documentation experience.
  


• Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred.
  

Compensation

• $38–$48/hour
  


• Up to $20,000 sign-on bonus
  


• Full-time evening schedule
