Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is looking for RN – Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology Manager to lead a high-volume Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology Unit  in a hands-on management role focused on clinical excellence, team development, operational performance, and service-line growth. Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinical and operational activities across Cath Lab and IR.
  


• Manage staffing, scheduling, performance, and 24/7 coverage needs.
  


• Develop and mentor a high-performing clinical team.
  


• Partner with physicians and leadership to improve quality, efficiency, and service growth.
  


• Drive patient safety, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.
  


• Identify and implement workflow and process improvements.
  

Procedural Environment

5 procedural suites | High-volume cardiovascular & interventional services

Includes PCI, STEMI, coronary angiography, EP, structural heart, thrombectomy, vascular interventions, biopsies, and IR procedures.

Requirements

• BSN required
  


• Current RN license
  


• 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience
  


• Cath Lab and/or Neuro IR experience required
  


• Experience in a high-volume procedural environment
  


• Strong leadership and communication skills
  

Certifications

BLS | ACLS | NIHSS
